What we tested in DNA

It is indeed the Super Greatness of Our Creator that He The Almighty Allah creates the whole world in that minute cell of our body which we can't see with our eyes or even normal microscope.

About DNA
DNA, also called deoxyribonucleic acid, is a fundamental molecule found in all living things.DNA contains all the information and instructions of our body cells to perform their functions properly.

Most of hte DNA is in the form of tightly coiled strands called Chromosomes, found inside the nucleus of cell. Our body cell contains 46 chromosomes which is in the form of tightly coiled strands if we unwind each chromosomes, altogether it is about 3 meters long, in the form of double-stranded helix (just like twisted ladder).

All human beings genetic makeup consists of 46 chromosomes, which include 23 from the mother's egg and 23 from the father's sperm. The 23 chromosomes from each parent pairs up, creating two unique DNA sequences at each location (or "locus", pl. "loci") or pairing of each chromosomal set.

Special locations (called loci) in human DNA display predictable inheritance patterns that could be used to determine biological relationships. These locations contain specific DNA sequences, called markers, that forensic and DNA scientists use as identifying marks for individuals. In a routine DNA paternity test, the markers used are Short Tandem Repeats (STRs), short pieces of DNA that occur in different repeat patterns among individuals.

Each person’s DNA contains two copies of these markers—one copy inherited from the father and one from the mother. Within a population, the markers at each person’s DNA location could differ in length and sometimes sequence, depending on the markers inherited from the parents.

We Test
DNA paternity testing then identifies specific DNA sequences for multiple loci in the mother, child, and father. If the mother and father are indeed the biological parents of the child, the two DNA sequences at each locus in the child's chromosomes must have been inherited from each parent. By determining the relationship between these DNA sequences, DNA paternity testing can then establish whether there is a paternal relationship.

DNA paternity testing is currently the single-most accurate method for determining paternity. The probability of determining paternity can be calculated from the chromosomal information gathered through a simple buccal or blood sample collection process. In some instances, this probability can be completely accurate up 99.99999%.

To further ensure accuracy of our DNA paternity and Relationship testing, Please check our Accredation Page.

Although 16 (loci) DNA test is Industry standard for Paternity Testing.
Our Lab is quite capable to check 20 as well as 25 (loci) in all our Testing.

Complete Guidance of Sample Collection Procedure.
