Please follow the Simple Sample Collection Procedure | |||

Complete All the Information for each individual on the appropriate Envelope ( Child Information on the white Envelope ). Be sure to provide race information ,it is nessesory for statistical calculation | ||

Perform the collection of buccal swab samples from only one individual at a time. | ||
| 3. |
Wash and dry hands thoroughly,wear the disposable glove, one each for each participant. | ||
| 4. |
Open the plastic wrapper containing the sterile buccal swab. Remove buccal swab carefully, holding the swab by the stick. Taking Care Not to touch the end with the cotton tip. | ||

Open the moth wide and insert a swab into the mouth, rub it firmly back and forth and up and down on the inside to the cheek wall. It is important to collect enough cheek cells on the entire swab, so be sure to rotate the swab while rubbing. | ||

Insufficient DNA in the sample requires recollection and delay test results. | ||

Place used swab in the appropriate Paper Envelope, do not place it in plastic envelope. | ||

Repeat the swab collection process with the remaining swab.Use two swabs on each side of cheek. After all four swabs are used, discard the plastic wrapper and sealed the paper envelope for appropriate person tested. | ||

After completing the collections, double check to ensure that the information has been correctly filled .Complete and sign the client information form | ||

Place all the collected parties swab envelopes, along with the completed client information form, in the Pre addressed return mailing envelope provided in the Kit. Seal the envelope securely, and send it back to Us. | ||
 Although 16 (loci) DNA test is Industry standard for Paternity Testing. Our Lab is quite capable to check 20 as well as 25 (loci) in all our Testing. | |||
